Connect Jira to turn security work into tickets for your team.

Connect Jira​

  1. Open Integrations → Add Integration and select Jira.
  2. Enter the connection name, Jira Base URL, account Email, API Token, and Project Key.
  3. Save and use the available test action to verify access.

Ask your Jira administrator for help if you do not have the connection details.

Create a ticket from an issue​

Open a misconfiguration, choose Create Task, and enable Create Jira ticket when a Jira connection is available. Complete the task details and submit, then use the ticket link to open it in Jira.

Jira can also be selected as an alert action where offered. Keep the linked security finding under review: a ticket's status does not by itself confirm that the cloud issue has been resolved.
